(VIDEO) Military lashes taxi driver for disobeying Covid 19 protocol

A young taxi driver has landed himself in serious trouble by failing to wear a nose mask in public. It is already known that as part of the COVID 19 preventive measures, all citizens are expected to put on nose masks whenever they are in public places as well as practice social distancing.

A circulating video sighted by AgoohaNews shows a young taxi driver who is being lashed by two military officers in front of his taxi for defying the directives by the President to wear a nose mask.

In President Akufo Addo’s  22nd update to the public regarding the pandemic, he charged the Security force to ensure strict adherence to the COVID preventive protocols, and it’s evident that the military is aiding to do just that.
